kleine Auszeit - with guitar-pics

My guitar has been accompanying me since the last 30 years. It's a simple but stable instrument (has tolerated very much!! :D) with a warm and deep sound, not so suitable for flamenco pieces. Really "made in Germany" by Höfner (www.hofner.com).

kleine Auszeit - with a new Shirt

I bought a new T-Shirt for a youth, there is sewed in a label:

Wash with similar colours
Do not bleach
Warm ironing from left side
No dry cleaning
Dry tumbling at low temperature

- Or just give it to your Mom!

kleine Auszeit - with my guitar

I didn't play my guitar since a couple of weeks!

Today I had a guilty conscience so I treated my guitar some wellness.
I changed the strings (I bought expensive "high technology composite synthetic fiber" for the treble strings and "wound on Nylon multifilament core" for the bass strings), oiled the fingerboard and the tuning machine, polished it.

A hard beginning but then, I came in form again and the new strings under my fingers were fantastic and I had much fun. I played till the back was hurt.

Notice: Practise always beautifully and don't work so much at the computer!!

kleine Auszeit - at the "blue night"

Last saturday night the old part of Nuremberg dived into blue light. More than 120,000 visitors watched to the spectacle. Interesting events were trapping at museums, churches and restaurants.

were refreshing at this unusually warm night in May.

The highlight was the illumination show projected to the
"Kaiserburg" with changed motives above "Zeit" ("times")
and "Klimawandel" (change of climate).
